1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, uncooked & broken up (discard flavor packet)
1 bunch of broccoli, coarsely chopped
1 head of romaine lettuce, washed, dried, and broken into pieces
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup sweet and sour dressing

Sweet & Sour Dressing
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of light brown sugar
1/2 cup of wine vinegar
3 tsp. soy sauce (may use more)
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, mix walnuts, noodles, broccoli, lettuce, and onions. Set aside.
2. Blend oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour 1 cup of dressing over salad. Toss well. Refrigerate remainder of dressing.
