1/3 cup oil
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
1 tbsp. non-fat sour cream
1-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup fresh (or frozen without syrup) raspberries
1 cup Romaine, green leaf, butter head or Boston Bibb lettuce
8-1/2 oz. can artichoke hearts, quartered and drained
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

1. In small bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Whisk. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
2. Add raspberries 1 hour before serving.
3. Arrange all salad ingredients on plates. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with nuts.
