8 oz. cornbread mix
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup sweet pickles, chopped
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare cornbread mix as directed. Cool and crumble.
2. Mix together tomatoes, green pepper, onion, sweet pickles and bacon.
3. Whisk together mayonnaise and sweet pickle juice.
4. Layer 1/2 cornbread, 1/2 tomato mixture and 1/2 mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate.
