1 c. half and half 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. cold water raspberries or blueberries
Combine half and half and sugar in a saucepan; heat to lukewarm. Soften gelatin in cold water; add to half and half mixture. Stir; remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Chill. Spoon into tall, stemmed glasses; top with berries.
