1 Cup Butter, Softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Tablespoon Sugar
48 Rolos

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until creamy, gradually add sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Combine mixtures. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts. Cover and chill 2 hours. Combine remaining nuts with 1 tablespoon sugar. Divide dough into 4 parts. Work with 1 part and put rest in refrigerator. Divide each part into 12 pieces. Press each piece of dough around a rolo. Dip one side into sugar and nut mixture. Place sugar side up on cookie sheet. Place 1 inch apart. Bake 350º for 9 minutes.
