1 lb Round Steak
2 c. Mushrooms sliced
1 Onion-cut into strips
1 Can beef broth
1 Can Cream of chicken
Flour
I pkg Cooked Egg Noodles
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Toss steak in flour until coated. Heat skillet to med/high heat with 1 tbs butter and 1 tbs olive oil. Brown meat in skillet. Remove meat from skillet and add onions and mushrooms into skillet. Add 1 tsp of flour to veggies and stir. Add meat back to skillet of veggies and add 1 can of beef broth and cream of mushroom. Put on low heat and simmer 30 min. Add sour cream and mix well. Serve on top of cooked egg noodles.
