1 lb. baked ham
1/2 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 c. saltine crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. cooked rice
2 T. onions
salt and pepper to taste
large head of green cabbage
2-3 strips of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Chop ham and combine with sausage, cracker crumbs, rice, onions, salt and pepper to taste.
Carefully break large leafs off the cabbage head and steam for about 1 minute, til slightly softened. Put a scoop of meat mixture into leaf, roll and secure with a toothpick. Continue until you've used all the meat mixture, placing rolls in a shallow baking dish. Lay 3 (or more) strips of bacon over the top; sprinkle all with 2 T. of chili powder and a little more salt and pepper. Add about 1/4 inch of water to pan and bake for about 25-35 minutes at 350.
