8 oz spaghetti, broken in half,
1 tbsp.sesame oil,
2 tbsp. vegtable oil,
1 lb. shrimp,peeled and devined,
6 scallions, white and green parts chopped,
2 cups frozen peas, defrosted,
6 tbsp. teriyaki sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti until tender, drain and toss with sesame oil. Warm vegtable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. add shrimp and scallions cooking until shrimp is pink and tender and scallions are soft..about 5 to 7 minutes. Add spaghetti,peas and teriyaki sauce and cook, tossing to coat and heat through.

You can sub. chicken or steak for the shrimp and use black beans.
