1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (9 ounce) package None Such Condensed Mincemeat, crumbled




Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In large mixer bowl, beat shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to shortening mixture. Mix well. Stir in mincemeat. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Frost if desired.
