1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp yellow mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
3 tsp brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet brown the ground beef, onion, bell pepper. Drain the grease. Stir and mix thoroughly in garlic powder, mustard, ketchup and brown sugar. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins. and season with salt and pepper.
