2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cans black beans, undrained
1 can basil garlic oregano diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime juice and sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In 3 quart saucepan, saute' garlic and onion in olive oil 3 minutes
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes
Serve with a squeeze of lime and a dollop sour cream
