1 Stick of Butter
1/2 Onion, Chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Can of Rotel Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 Pound Crawfish Tails With Fat

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, bell pepper in butter till tender.
Add Rotel Tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes
Add salt and pepper. Add golden mushroom soup and simmer for 30 minutes. Add Crawfish/fat and simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and green onions. Serve over rice
