Ingredients:  
1 large bunch broccoli, cut into flowerettes (stems may be used if peeled and sliced)
12 slices bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled (about 1/2 lb.)
1 medium red onion, chopped or sliced thinly
1/2 can raisins

Dressing:
1C mayonnaise
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C vinegar

optional items:
1 c chopped pecans or whole cashews
1/2 c sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients into large bowl and mix.
Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Let stand for a few minutes before tossing into the salad ingredients.

Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
