5 lb. Bag Irish Potatoes
1 Stick Margarine
8 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes and cook on stove top until done. Cream potatoes with mixer then add butter, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Place in crock pot on low. Serve warm.
