One stick of butter
1/4 cup of Wondra flour
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 cans of chicken broth
2 packages of broccoli in cheese sauce
2 cups of half and half or milk
shredded cheddar-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Melt one stick of butter and sauté two thinly sliced onions until soft. Add about 1/4 cup Wondra flour and a pinch of cayenne pepper and mix well. Add 2 cans chicken broth and 2 packages of broccoli in cheese sauce and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 30 minutes until broccoli is soft. Add 2 cups half and half or milk and turn off. You can add more cheese if you want
