1 qt green beans drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c sour cream
1/2 onion diced
1/2 red bell pepper diced
3/4 lb ground beef
2 to 3 T worchestershire sauce
1 T soy sauce
1 t beau monde (or celery salt)
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t black pepper
1 T olive oil

Place green beans in a 9"x9" casserole. Combine soups & sour cream in a food processor chop and mix thoroughly. Pour over beans. Saute' ground beef, onions and pepper in 1 T oil adding worchestershire, soy sauce and seasonings. Cook to brown thoroughly. Drain and pour this on the top of the casserole and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
