3 Large Tomatoes, cut in half
2 Tbsp. Onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Parsley, finelyl chopped
2 Tbsp. Soft Margarine
3/4 c. Spinach, chopped, cooked, and drained
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp. Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Place tomatoes in shallow baking pan, cut side up. Mix onion, parsley, margarine, spinach, salt, pepper and paprika. Divide and spread evenly over tomatoes. Top with crumbs. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.
