1 lb. Cut Carrots
1/4 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in saucepan and water to cover. Boil 10 minutes and drain. Mix Ginger with sugar and sprinkle over carrots. Add butter. Stir gently. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
