5-6 medium potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 - 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Dice, cook and drain potatoes. Stir in butter. Add sour cream, dill weed, salt & pepper. Mix well and serve while hot.
