2 cups mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
2 cups grated cheese (Swiss is best)
2 medium sweet onions, chopped
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees


Combine first three ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into an 8 x 10 baking dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake until brown and bubbly. Serve hot with Ritz crackers.

Can add diced crab or shrimp to mixture before cooking.
