1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
lettuce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
tomatoes
Bisquick baking mix
sour cream
cheddar cheese
taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Bisquick according to package directions. Put dough into 1 (or 2) pie pans. Set aside. Brown ground beef, drain, add taco seasoning mix and water according to package directions and simmer. Pour meat into pie crust(s) top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake at 400º for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 6-8 pieces. Top with lettuce, tomatos, sour cream, taco sauce or any of you favorite taco toppings.

This is a nice twist on tacos. Me and Auntie Sher ALWAYS made this when we went to the cottage each summer when the kids were little.
