1 c. oil (can substitute butter or applesauce)
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
6 c. oats
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in order listed. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes until lightly browned. Can refrigerate overnight before baking. Yields: Approximately 8-10 servings.
