c. melted butter
3 Tbsp. minced onion
7 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen spinach; thawed and drained
1 (24 oz) carton small curd cottage cheese
8 oz shredded Colby jack cheese
c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter and minced onion together in bowl and saturate onions. Add beaten eggs. Add everything else except parmesan cheese. Mix well and pour into greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
