1 egg
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
c. chopped onion
-1 tsp salt
tsp. pepper
1 lbs ground beef
1 c. shredded pepper jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Press beef mixture into bottom and halfway up sides of loaf pan. Sprinkle c. cheese down middle of beef mixture. Pat remaining beef over cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until meat is no longer pink & meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with marinara sauce.
