Cake:
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt

Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 T flour
1 t cinnamon
1 T butter (more if needed/wanted)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, egg and milk together until blended. Then add in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix until creamy and smooth.

Pour mix into a greased 9X9in pan.

Then mix up your topping. Melt butter in a mug. Dump in brown sugar, cinnamon and flour. Crumble and mix with your fingers then break apart and sprinkle evenly on top of the cake mix. Make more topping if necessary.

Cook at 375º for ~25 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
