1 c. wheat germ
1 c. tomato or vegetable juice
1 c. ground walnuts (or any nut)
2 eggs
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. nutritional yeast,opt. (also called brewers yeast)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix nuts, wheat, cheese and juice in a large bowl. Add eggs and yeast, mix again. Pour mixture in to a loaf pan and bake in a 350º over for about 50 minutes or until brown.

Lily started eating this at 8 months (and, no, the nuts didn't kill her).It actually smells good while it's baking. It's so healthy I hope that one day I'll eat it too. :) I keep the loaf in the refrigerator and break off bite-size chunks for her during meal time.
