4 chicken breasts (cooked) 2 16 oz packs broccoli (cooked) 2 cans of soup - either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom 1 can evaporated milk 1 tsp curry powder 1 small can Durkee onion rings 1 c cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix the soup, evaporated milk and curry powder together.
Arrange chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, cover with cooked broccoli. Sprinkle the cup of cheese over the broccoli. Pour the soup mixture over the cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the onion rings over the top and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve over rice.
