3 oz cream cheese
2 tsp horseradish
2 T minced scallion
squeeze lemon juice

1. Cream the cheese and stir through the cream to yogurt consistency. Stir in everything else, and season the mixture to taste. Eat with a spoon or use as a dip or spread.
