10 cups sourdough bread, cubed
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 qt. heavy cream
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon hazelnut extract
1 ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place the bread cubes in a baking dish and pour the butter over them and toss. In a large bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture over the buttered bread. Bake, uncovered, for 45-50 minutes, until a light golden brown. If you desire a darker, firmer bread pudding, cook a few minutes longer.
