2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 pkg. (1 1/2 oz.) dehydrated onion soup
1 can (4 oz.) chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. ketchup
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Pour milk over bread crumbs. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, soup, mushrooms with the liquid, ketchup and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Pack in a
9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs.
