8 medium potatoes
1 lb sausage
2 cans corn
1 can chick broth
2 cans water
8 oz sour cream
1 onion
1 lb Velveeta©

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage and drain excess fat. Peel and cube potatoes to about ˝ inch thick, dice onions and cut Velveeta© into cubes. In a large pot, combine cooked sausage, potatoes, onions, corn, chicken broth and water. Heat until the potatoes are done. Add in sour cream and Velveeta© . Continue heating until all the ingredients have melted together.
