2 large ripe tomatoes
1 package of crackers of choice
1 block of mozzarella cheese
1 package of basil leaves
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
First cut the tomato and cheese into slices. Start with a cracker and build the ingredients on top. Place a slice of cheese on the cracker, followed by a slice of the tomato. Ripe a piece off of the basil leaves and place it on the tomato. Season the top with a tsp. of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
