4 c. Hot Mashed Potatoes
1/4 c. Chopped Pimento
1 Egg (Beaten)
1/3 c. Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Salt
Dash Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cheese and potatoes; mix till well blended. Add remaining ingredients mixing well. Put in 1 quart dish. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
