2 packages frozen squash, cooked and drained
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium onion, chopped (1 C)
2 C (8 oz) grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 C evaporated milk
1 1/2 C cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mash the squash while hot, add butter.
Add remaining ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish.
Bake 40 minutes at 350.
