1-8 oz. cream cheese 9 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. peppermint extract chocolate chips
Beat cr. cheese and extract together, add powdered sugar. Roll into 1 in. balls and flatten to make a patty. Chill. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Dip patties in chocolate and place on waxed paper on cookie sheet. Let cool and store in refrigerator.
These taste just like a York Peppermint Patty and are so easy!
