2 C diced avocado
2 C diced tomato
2 C diced chicken (or turkey)
1/2 C crisp drained, crumbled real bacon
2 T minced fresh chives
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Toss and serve on shredded greens.
Garnish with parsley, radishes and ripe olives on the side.
Blue cheese or ranch dressing may be served along with hot rolls.
