1 head lettuce chopped
1 head cauliflower chopped (fine pieces)
½ c. red onion chopped
1 lb. bacon – browned and crumbled

Dressing
2 c. mayo
2 – 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
¼ c. sugar
½ c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl – refrigerate for up to 8 hours if desired. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss lightly. Yummy!
