1 cup cooked baby shrimp cut into small pieces 2 celery stalks diced up small (1/4 cup) red onion diced small (1/4 cup) fresh parsley (2 tablespoons) fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons) bloody mary mix in a bottle (2 cups) cocktail sauce (1 1/2 - 2 cups) depends on how thick you want it Old Bay seasoning (1 tablespoon)
Mix all together, serve in shot glasses and top with grated lemon or horse radish.
