8.1 oz package of Pillsbury apple cinnamon muffin mix
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 to 1 c. low-fat milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together in big bowl. Mix egg and milk in small bowl. Add liquid mixture to flour mixture and mix until combined.

Drop small spoonfuls of batter to parchment paper, Silpat (silicon baking sheet), or directly on greased cookie sheet. If using parchment paper or Silpat you need to place it on a cookie sheet to bake. Bake for about 13-15 minutes.

Remove from baking sheet; let cool completely on wire rack.
