6 to 7 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonaisse
c. sour cream
1 small onion, diced
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in a large saucepan; barely cover with water. Boil until fork tender, about 20 minutes; drain and set aside to cool. Combine cheese, mayo, sour cream and onion together; mix in potatoes, tossing gently to coat. Spread potato mixture in a buttered 13x 9 baking pan; sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees until golden and bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
