"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1) Mix together 1 stick of melted margarine, 1 cup flour and 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans). Press mixture into a 9" X 13" greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool. 2) Beat together an 8oz. pkg of cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 1 cup of cool whip, spread this over the cooled baked crust. 3) Mix 2 pkgs instant pudding ( any flavor) with 3 cups of milk. Beat together for 3 minutes and spread over the cream cheese layer. 4) Top all of this with whipped cream and chopped nuts. Keep refrigerated.
