3 lb bag skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 medium jar of apricot preserves
1 bottle Russian dressing
Onion
Bell pepper
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Put all this in crock pot, cook until done. In skillet cook a sliced onion, bell pepper and jar of preserves. Add to chicken. Make rice, put chicken and vegetable on top.
