2 lbs lean meat (ground hamburger, or turkey)
1 large chopped onion
1 large chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1/3 cup cilantro
2 cans 15 oz hunts tomato sauce
2 cans 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
6 small cans 6 oz ea hunts tomato paste (or 2 large cans)

Directions:
Cover meat with water, let boil and stir meat to break it up into small pieces. When meat is cooked, drain well and cover with fresh water. Add 1 large chopped onion, 1 large bell pepper and cook until vegetables are tender. Add all other ingredients. Let simmer an hour or so on low heat stirring occasionally so it does not stick or burn.
