1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2/3 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie shell. In medium saucepan sprinkle gelatin onto 1 cup milk, let stand 2 minutes. Combine sugar and cocoa and add to mixture in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Add butter and stir until melted. Blend 2/3 cup milk and vanilla. Cool, chill until mixture begins to set, stirring occasionally. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold into chocolate mixture, blending well. Pour into pie shell, chill until set.
