6 TB butter or margarine
3 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 TB milk
1 1/2 TB lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
yellow food color
Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, cream butter. Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar. Add vanilla and milk. Beat until smooth. Gradually beat in second cup of sugar. Add lemon juice and beat until smooth. Beat in remaining sugar and lemon rind. Add food color, a drop at a time, until desired color. Beat until light and fluffy.
