1 cup persimmon pulp (peach, or plum-apricot)
1 tsp soda
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp each, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg
1 egg beaten
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peal fruit and remove seed, add soda to pulp, stir ingredients in order listed. Bake on cookie sheet 10-12 minutes at 375.
