1st layer-Work together with hands

1 cup flour
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 stick butter.

Press into 9x13 pan.
Bake 20 minutes @ 350. Cool.

2nd layer
Beat oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
Spread over 1st layer

3rd layer

Fix large package instant chocolate pudding, pour over 2nd layer.

Top with fruit

You can change flavors of pudding to vary.
