1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup red wine
1 cup white wine
1 cup sour cream
1-2 tablespoons honey
1 medium onion diced
1 tablespoon garlic
1-2 teaspoons oregano
1-2 teaspoons basil
1-2 teaspoons thyme
1 medium to large tomato diced
1 egg, beaten
Parmesean cheese to taste
Al Dente noodles (4-6 servings)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' garlic and onions in olive oil until tender;
Add spices, wine, sour cream and tomato to garlic and onions
Toss mixture with egg, cheese, and noodles while sauce and noodles are still hot in order for egg to cook

Variation: Add 1/2 to 1 stick of butter if your diet can handle the extra fat and salt. Can also add cooked, seasoned chicken.
