6 pork chops
vegetable oil
seasoning salt
1 can cream of celery
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
24 oz. hash browns, thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 can onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown pork chops with salt. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes with cheese and 1/2 onions. Put pork chops on potatoes in 9x13 pan. Cover, bake 90 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion and bake five more minutes.
