2 1/2 quarts of cornbread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 C celery
2 C onions
1/2 C butter
1 C chicken or turkey broth
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter until tender, add to bread crumbs, sprinkle in seasonings and mix well, add broth, eggs and other remaining ingredients in to a greased pan and bake 45 minutes at 350º.
